A wood burner and wheelchair access are both available, and the rear garden has space for barbecuing.

Wadebridge sits on the Camel Trail, a 19-mile former railway line running from Bodmin Moor to Padstow along the Camel Estuary, used for walking, cycling, and horse riding. Tintagel Castle is 14 miles from the house and the Eden Project 17 miles, with Restormel Castle and St Catherines Castle also within reach. Owners Chris and Debbie ran the property as a B&B for 14 years before converting it to whole-house self-catering.

Best for a group of up to six wanting a central Wadebridge base for cycling the Camel Trail or driving out to Padstow and Port Isaac. Less good for anyone wanting sea views directly from the property, since the nearest beach is a drive away.
