Conifers is a four-bedroom cottage in Pityme on the Rock road, sleeping eight across two doubles, a king-size double, and a bunk room. The property has wheelchair-accessible ground-floor facilities, an open fire in the sitting room, and a garden with coastal-village convenience - Daymer Bay Beach is 2.4 km away.

The ground floor includes a kitchen with integrated oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. A sitting room with dining area has an open fire and TV with Sky. A shower room and cloakroom are both on this level. Upstairs, the four bedrooms include one double with en-suite shower, a second double, a king-size, and a bunk room. A family bathroom with bath completes the first floor.

Outside, a lawned garden with patio furniture and an outdoor shower provides space to rinse off after the beach. Parking is available for several cars. Daymer Bay, a sheltered estuary beach at the mouth of the Camel with calm shallow water, is the nearest sand. Greenaway Beach, a quieter cove with rock pools, is 2.8 km away.

Rock sits on the east bank of the Camel Estuary directly opposite Padstow, connected by a water taxi running every 20 minutes. The Camel Trail cycle path starts at Wadebridge, 4 miles south. Polzeath is about 2 miles north for surf, and Padstow's harbour and restaurants - including Rick Stein's - are a short ferry ride across the water.
