Crags 14

Crags 14 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the Maenporth Estate, overlooking Maenporth Beach on the south coast near Falmouth. It sleeps two and sits on a single level once down the entrance stairs, with a focus on the sea view from the patio.

Inside, the apartment has an open-plan living and dining area with a modern kitchen, a master bedroom with family bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The large private patio is accessed from the lounge and both bedrooms, with a table and chairs positioned to take in the sea view.

Outside, guests have full use of the estate's 29 acres of grounds and its on-site leisure facilities: a 15-metre indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, small gym and changing rooms, along with a sun terrace, communal barbecues, pool and table tennis, one all-weather tennis court, two pickleball courts and a children's play area. A wifi lounge sits above the pool. Maenporth Beach is 100 metres away down a short hill, with Swanpool Beach 2.2km and Porth Saxon Beach 2.6km.

At the beach, the Cove Restaurant, a cafe and kayak and paddle-board hire operate through the season. Falmouth, with its larger selection of restaurants, galleries and the Maritime Museum, is a short drive away. The Helford River and Trebah Garden are within easy reach.
