Crags 14 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at the Maenporth Estate on the south Cornwall coast, sleeping two. The apartment sits on one level, designed as accessible accommodation, with on-site parking and EV charging included.

The open-plan layout gives a kitchen, dining area seating four, and a living space opening onto a private patio. Swanpool Beach is around 1.5 miles along the coast path towards Falmouth for an alternative.

Falmouth town centre is about 15 minutes by car, with the National Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle, and independent shops along the waterfront. The South West Coast Path runs above Maenporth towards Trebah Garden and the Helford River to the south. Prices start from GBP 654 per week.

Best for couples wanting accessible accommodation with leisure facilities and a beach within easy reach. Less good for families needing more than two sleeping places.
