Crags 14

Crags 14 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at the Maenporth Estate on the south Cornwall coast, sleeping four. On-site parking and EV charging are included.

The open-plan layout gives a kitchen, dining area seating four, and a living space opening onto a private patio. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with direct patio access, while the second bedroom has twin singles with its own en-suite shower room. A second bathroom serves the master. Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washer-dryer are included. A private hot tub is available to guests.

Maenporth Beach is a short walk downhill from the estate - a south-facing sandy cove with a beach cafe and kayak hire in season. The estate's shared leisure facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, two tennis courts, and a children's play area. The patio faces the bay. Swanpool Beach is around 1.5 miles along the coast path towards Falmouth for an alternative.

Falmouth town centre is about 15 minutes by car, with the National Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle, and independent shops along the waterfront. The South West Coast Path runs above Maenporth towards Trebah Garden and the Helford River to the south.

Best for couples wanting leisure facilities and a beach within easy reach. Less good for guests needing step-free access.
