Freefolk is a three-bedroom cottage in Polzeath, the north Cornwall surf village known for its wide sandy beach and consistent Atlantic waves. The property sits on Highcliff, within walking distance of both the beach and the village centre, with off-road parking for 2 cars.

The ground floor has a double bedroom, a shower room, and a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A utility room houses the washing machine. The living and dining room centres around a woodburning stove with logs and firelighters provided. Upstairs, the main double bedroom has a TV and en-suite walk-in shower, and a twin room completes the sleeping arrangements. A family bathroom with bath is also on the upper floor.

The enclosed garden has a lawn, terrace with furniture, and a barbecue for outdoor cooking. Gas underfloor central heating keeps things warm in cooler months, and WiFi is included.

Greenaway Beach - a quiet sandy cove with rock pools - is just 600m away, and Polzeath Beach with its surf schools and lifeguard cover is 700m. The coast path to Pentire Point starts nearby, offering views across the Camel Estuary. Rock is about 2 miles south, and the water taxi from Rock to Padstow opens up the estuary for day trips. Port Isaac is 6 miles north.
