Greenside Studio

Greenside Studio is a 1-bedroom annexe on Pengersick Lane in Germoe, sleeping 2 with 1 bathroom and a garden. Praa Sands is 800m away - a mile-long west-facing beach with reliable surf and a beach cafe in season. Wi-Fi and parking are included. Changeover is Saturday.

Prussia Cove, a rocky cove on the Mount's Bay coast used historically by smugglers, is 1.5 miles along the coast path. Porthcew and Rinsey Cove, backed by National Trust farmland, is the same distance in the other direction. Both are accessible on foot from the studio.

Porthleven, the most southerly harbour town in Britain, is about 3 miles east. It has a concentration of restaurants and cafes around the harbour mouth, and a good fish and chip shop at the quayside. Helston, the nearest town with a supermarket and bank, is about 6 miles.

Suits two adults wanting a quiet base within 10 minutes' walk of a long surf beach in west Cornwall. Good for surfers or walkers who want coast path access without the crowds of more popular beaches. Less good for anyone expecting a full-size kitchen or indoor entertaining space - this is a compact studio layout. No dogs and no children under 18.
