Hagervor House

Hagervor House is a three-bedroom house for six in Polzeath, with four bathrooms across the property, more than most three-bedroom cottages in the area.

One king-size bedroom has an en-suite, a second double has an en-suite WC, and the third bedroom is also a double, so bathroom sharing is limited throughout the stay. A wood burner and open fire serve the lounge, and a separate utility building has a rainfall shower and wetsuit hanging space. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, and one dog is welcome. There is no EV charger.

The enclosed courtyard has covered dining and a charcoal barbecue. Polzeath Beach is 500 metres away, a half-mile stretch of sand with left- and right-hand surf breaks and several surf schools. Greenaway Beach is 0.6 miles and Daymer Bay Beach is 0.9 miles, both reached on foot from the village. Rock, with its water taxi across to Padstow, is about 2 miles south.
