Harbour Lights

Harbour Lights is a Grade II-listed house for five on Bay View Terrace in Porthleven, with sea and harbour views from the front patio and a first-floor bay window.

The three bedrooms comprise a king-size, a twin and a single, sharing one bathroom between the whole group. The family bathroom is on the first floor, and the king-size and single bedrooms have sea views. A wood burner serves the living area. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and a garden are included, and one dog is welcome.

Porthleven Beach is 300 metres away, an exposed, south-facing beach lifeguarded in summer. The harbour, home to Kota Restaurant and the annual Porthleven Food Festival each April, is a short walk from the house. Porthcew Rinsey Cove, a National Trust cove with old tin-mine engine houses on the cliffs, is 2.4 miles away, and Praa Sands is 3.4 miles. The Porthleven guide covers the village and its food scene.

Parking is included at the house, and one dog is welcome, so a family with a pet can bring the car and the dog.

**Best for:** a family or friends wanting three bedrooms, harbour access and sea views. **Less good for:** five guests unwilling to share one bathroom, parties with more than one dog, or anyone wanting a hot tub.
