Lamorna is a first-floor apartment for five in Porthleven, less than 30 metres from the beach in this working fishing harbour. French doors connect the open-plan living room to a balcony that looks straight out to sea.

A king-size bedroom with en-suite, one twin room and one single share two bathrooms between the three bedrooms. A second patio and garden sit at the rear, giving the apartment two separate outside spaces. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are provided, and up to two dogs are accepted. There is no hot tub, barbecue or EV charging.

Porthleven Beach is metres from the front door, and the South West Coast Path passes the harbour in both directions - east towards Loe Bar's shingle barrier, west towards Rinsey Head. Porthcew Rinsey Cove is 2.5 miles away and Gunwalloe Church Cove 3.5 miles. Kota Restaurant and the village's other harbourside cafes are a short walk from the apartment, and Helston is a short drive north.
