Harlyn

Harlyn is a three-bedroom house in The Park at Polzeath, sleeping 6, with south-west facing bi-fold doors opening onto a private sun terrace. The double bedroom has its own en-suite, a super-king zip-and-link bedroom converts to twins, and the bunk room has a double on the bottom and a single on top - suitable for children. A family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms.

The Neff kitchen has an island for casual meals, and an outdoor shower with surf rack means returning from the beach does not bring sand through the house. A BBQ and parking for two cars are included.

Polzeath Beach is 0.6km - a flat 8-minute walk. Surf schools operate from the beach during the summer season, and a cafe sits 150 metres from the house for morning coffee and post-surf food. The South West Coast Path runs directly from the estate towards Daymer Bay (1.8km) and on to Rock.

This property is ideal for families with young children or a group of surfers who want close beach access with no car required for daily outings. The bunk room suits children up to around age 12 comfortably. It is not great for those wanting a remote or rural base - The Park is a residential-style estate with neighbouring properties close by. Two dogs welcome.
