Honeysuckle Rise

Honeysuckle Rise is a single-storey annexe in Lanreath for two people. It has one king-size bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a shower room with a walk-in shower, and the kitchen, dining area and sitting area share one open-plan room. There are views across the countryside, and the enclosed garden and the shared gardens give room to sit out.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. The Smart TV carries Netflix and similar apps, and there is a full Sky package including movies and sports. Heating is oil-fired central heating. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included, and laundry facilities are available on request.

Outside there is an enclosed garden with an outdoor seating area, and shared gardens beyond it. A dedicated off-road parking space takes one car. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed either. The car sits beside the annexe, so there is no walk from the parking space.

The shop and pub are both 0.2 miles away. Pelynt is 2 miles, Looe 5 miles and Polperro 6 miles. The Eden Project, Restormel Castle and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are each within an hour.

The annexe suits a couple wanting a quiet single-level stay, and is less good for anyone travelling with a dog or needing space for more than two.
