Garden House Lanreath

Garden House is a detached, single-storey lodge for two set on private land less than a mile from Lanreath village. Its king-size bedroom has an en-suite double shower and a Smart TV, and the whole lodge is arranged on one level.

Exposed beams cross the open-plan interior, where a wood burner serves the living space, and a contemporary kitchen has an electric oven and hob. WiFi, parking for one car and a dishwasher are included. There is no washing machine, and dogs are not accepted.

The private terrace holds a hot tub, with a lawn and pond set beyond it for guests who want to sit outside after dark. Lanreath's village shop and pub are within walking distance, and the wider area is rolling countryside between Looe and Lostwithiel, with narrow lanes and wooded valleys rather than a coastal outlook. Lansallos Beach is 3.9 miles away, Talland Bay is 4.1 miles and Lekerock Cove is 4.3 miles, so a short drive is needed for any beach day. Looe, about 15 minutes away by car, adds a harbour and boat trips for a change of scene.
