Honipine House

Honipine House is a reverse-level house on the Honicombe park near Callington, so you walk up a flight of stairs from the front door into the open-plan living space. Gunnislake is 2.1 miles away. The double and twin bedrooms are downstairs, along with a bathroom with a bath and shower over and a cloakroom with a basin and WC. It sleeps six, and there is a sofa bed in the living area.

Upstairs, the kitchen, dining area and sitting area share one room, with an electric fire, a TV with Freeview, a DVD player and books. The kitchen has an electric oven and hobs, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Patio doors lead to a furnished balcony with views towards Dartmoor. Heating is electric, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Outside is a front garden with a patio and furniture and a shared lawn. Access to the park's swimming pool and gym is included, though the pool is closed until Easter. There is a shop on site, a larger shop 2 miles away and a pub 0.9 miles away.

Parking is off-road for one car nearby. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Children must be at least three years old, hen and stag parties are not accepted, barbecues are not permitted on the site and smoking is not allowed. The stairs into the living area make it less good for anyone who cannot manage them; it suits a family whose children are three or older.
