Hot Tub Terrace, Hidden St Ives

From the living room of Hot Tub Terrace, the view runs across Porthmeor Beach and St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. The apartment is in St Ives and reached by elevator. Kitchen, dining and sitting areas make up one open room with underfloor heating and a large Smart TV.

The terrace is well screened, with a private hot tub set to take in the coastal outlook. Inside, a king-size bedroom has an en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a twin room can be arranged as a super-king-size on request. A separate bathroom has a bath and overhead shower. Cooking is by oven, hob and microwave, with a dishwasher and washing machine on hand.

Guests can use the Hidden Lounge, a wellness space in the development with a communal hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym and foot spa. The concierge is available round the clock for extra services, e-bike hire costs extra, and the complimentary chauffeur takes guests to the beaches, galleries and restaurants within a two-mile radius. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included.

Off-road parking is provided. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and many local beaches and restaurants are pet friendly. Smoking is not permitted. The shop is 0.2 miles away and the beach 0.3 miles. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged in advance, and a three-night minimum applies over Christmas and New Year week. It suits couples and small families, and is less good for a group of more than four.
