Little Belz

Little Belz is a three-bedroom detached bungalow set above Polzeath in north Cornwall, sleeping six guests across ground-floor bedrooms with sea views from its elevated position. Polzeath Beach, one of Cornwall's most popular surf beaches with lifeguard cover in summer, is 700 metres downhill.

The king-size double has an en-suite bathroom with bath. Two twin bedrooms share the ground floor - one has an en-suite shower room. A separate family bathroom, cloakroom, and utility room with shower provide additional facilities. The first-floor sitting room takes advantage of the raised position. The kitchen and dining area are on the ground level, equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

Private parking is provided. The pub and village shop are both about 300 metres from the front door, making it easy to pick up supplies or eat out without driving.

Greenaway Beach, a quiet sandy cove with rock pools, is 1.4km south between Polzeath and Daymer Bay. Daymer Bay itself - a sheltered estuary beach near Trebetherick - is 1.8km away. Rock is about 2 miles along the coast road, with the water taxi to Padstow running from the quay. The coast path from Polzeath to Pentire Point crosses the headland with views over the Camel Estuary.
