Best for groups of two to four adults or mixed-generation families who want beach, golf, and outdoor space combined. Less good for those wanting a quiet back-road location - Rock is busy in peak summer season. Dog-friendly with space for up to 2 dogs, free parking included.

The water taxi from Rock to Padstow runs throughout the day and puts the town's restaurants, bakeries, and the start of the Camel Trail within 10 minutes without needing a car. Wadebridge is about 10 minutes by road for larger supermarkets.
