Manorcombe 2 is a ground-floor bungalow in a row of similar properties at Tamar Valley Resort, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Callington area. It sleeps six.

The layout is one level: an open-plan living area combining kitchen, dining and sitting space, then three bedrooms (a double and two twins) and a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer, and there is a TV with Freeview, a DVD player and WiFi. Electric heating is fitted.

Outside, the south-facing patio has a picnic table and garden furniture, with a lawn beyond. Parking is allocated for 1 car. Guests can use the park's indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools; the outdoor pool opens from mid May to mid September, weather permitting, and other facilities may have seasonal opening times. The site gym and pool have their own rules for under-16s, so check them before booking with children. The park bar, shop and reception are on site, with the shop and pub a 10 minute walk away.

A few practical points: one well-behaved pet is welcome (breeds listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are not permitted), smoking is not allowed, and the water is a private supply that is tested regularly. Park restrictions mean workers and contractors cannot stay. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included, and a cot and highchair are available on request.

It suits a group of up to six who want everything on one level with pools on the park; it is less good for anyone wanting a beach close by, as the nearest are over 11 miles away.
