Marina is a three-bedroom cottage on Garrett Street in Cawsand, sleeping six with an unusually generous four bathrooms. A plaque on this street marks where the old Cornwall-Devon county boundary once ran, before an 1844 shift brought neighbouring Kingsand into Cornwall.

Cawsand and Kingsand share four pubs and several cafes along their car-free lanes, with the Rame Peninsula coast path leading south towards Rame Head and Mount Edgcumbe Country Park.
