The Cremyll foot ferry, roughly 12km north-east, connects to Mount Edgcumbe Country Park and across to Plymouth. The nearest pubs and shops are in Kingsand and Cawsand village centres, about 10 minutes by car. No pub or shop within walking distance of the cottage itself.

This suits couples or small families who want a quiet, rural base on the often-overlooked Rame Peninsula with reasonable access to beaches and the Cornish/Devon border. Not ideal for guests needing in-property laundry, a dishwasher, or close proximity to shops. Saturday changeover.
