Marine Villa

Marine Villa is a six-bedroom house in Padstow, sleeping twelve guests, just over 300 metres from the working harbour and its restaurants.

Two super-king bedrooms can convert to zip-and-link twins, another super-king stays fixed, one king converts to twins, and the remaining two bedrooms are kings - guests should confirm the exact set-up on booking. Six bathrooms serve the group, and maritime interiors keep original character details throughout. Patio doors lead from the lounge to an enclosed rear garden with a BBQ and outdoor dining area. Parking, a dishwasher and a washing machine are included, and up to three dogs can stay. WiFi is not provided, worth noting for a group this size relying on connectivity.

Daymer Bay is 1.6 miles away, Trevone Bay is 1.8 miles and Greenaway Beach is 1.9 miles from the house. Padstow's harbour dining, including Rick Stein's restaurants, sits within easy walking distance, and the Camel Trail cycle path to Bodmin starts in the town.

The rating is 4.7 out of 5 from 18 reviews, with cleanliness, equipment, comfort and location each scoring 4.

**Best for:** Larger groups wanting six bedrooms with flexible bed arrangements, six bathrooms, an enclosed garden and Padstow Harbour within a short walk.
