Trelow Farmhouse

Trelow Farmhouse is a six-bedroom house near Padstow for twelve guests. Only two bathrooms serve the full group, worth planning around for mornings with a larger mixed party, and exact bed arrangements for each room are not given in the listing, so guests should confirm the layout before booking.

A private hot tub and wood burner give the farmhouse two strong shared features for evenings, whatever the weather. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, the garden has a barbecue, and up to three dogs can stay. Hot tub rules and garden boundaries are worth checking ahead of arrival.

Trevone Bay is 4.3 miles from the farmhouse, with Porthcothan Bay 4.5 miles away and Harlyn Bay 4.7 miles away, all needing a car rather than a walk. The address sits under Padstow, though St Ervan is listed as the nearest town, and the farmhouse's rural setting suits a group happy to drive to the coast each day.

Prices start from £1,255 a week, and Trelow Farmhouse holds a 4.6 out of 5 rating from 32 reviews, a solid record for a group property of this size.

**Best for:** large groups wanting six bedrooms, a private hot tub, a wood burner, a garden and space for three dogs.

**Less good for:** twelve guests uncomfortable sharing two bathrooms, EV drivers, or anyone needing confirmed step-free access.
