The position between Sticker village and the south coast puts two of Cornwall's biggest attractions within 10 minutes by car. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are 3.2 miles away; the Eden Project is 8.4 miles north. Mevagissey fishing village, with its double harbour and fish-and-chip shops on the quay, is 5.5 miles. Pentewan Beach - almost a mile of sand with summer lifeguard cover - is just under 3 miles.

Best for couples who want a countryside base with access to mid-Cornwall's visitor attractions rather than a beach-first holiday. Less good for guests wanting a dog-friendly stay - dogs are not accepted at the cottage.
