Pendeen Hayloft

Pendeen Hayloft is a converted one-bedroom cottage for two near Sticker, a village three miles west of St Austell on the edge of the clay country sometimes called the Cornish Alps. Original features and a wood burner give the former hayloft its character, while the double bedroom and one bathroom keep the layout suited to a couple or solo guest.

The cottage includes WiFi and parking. Outside, a lawned garden has space for dining, a barbecue and country views. One dog is accepted, and host Charlie manages the booking. There is no dishwasher, washing machine or EV charging point, and the parking route and any steps should be checked directly when mobility matters.

Pentewan Beach is the nearest listed beach at 3.9 miles, with Porthpean Beach also 3.9 miles and Charlestown Beach 4.4 miles, all within about ten minutes by car per the Sticker guide. The Eden Project is roughly four miles north and the Lost Gardens of Heligan a similar distance south, so the cottage works as a base for both without the premium of a harbour-town address. With none of the beaches on the doorstep, the included parking helps divide a stay between coast and inland attractions.
