Moorview is a one-bedroom apartment for two in Polperro. It sits in an elevated position above the harbour lanes, with a south-facing terrace and the unusual advantage of an on-site private parking space.

Inside, one bedroom, a kitchen and living area are laid out for two. Wi-Fi is included, as is a washing machine, and the floor plan is on a single level. Dogs are not accepted. The space is straightforward and compact, designed for a couple rather than a group. Changeover day is Saturday.

The terrace catches sun through the day and looks out over village rooftops. Parking is directly with the apartment, which counts for a lot in Polperro - the village's medieval lanes don't accommodate cars, and visitors without reserved parking often end up 15 minutes from the harbour. Polperro Cove is a short walk downhill. The South West Coast Path runs through the village, connecting Talland Bay to the west and Looe to the east within reach of a day walk.

Best for couples who want a genuine fishing village stay with the convenience of parking and a private outdoor space. Less good for anyone needing more than one bedroom or wanting a beach on the doorstep.
