No 34 The Dunes is a second-floor corner apartment on a raised bank above Perranporth, sleeping six across two king-size bedrooms and a super king that splits into two singles on request. Two bathrooms serve the three rooms.

Both balconies face the beach, giving sea views and outdoor seating, and a private footpath leads from the development straight down to the sand and the coast path. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and a garden are included, and up to two dogs can stay. There is no washing machine, so stays longer than a week may need a trip to a launderette in the village.

Perranporth Beach is 0.2 miles away and runs for three miles, one of the longest stretches of sand in Cornwall, backed by dunes and marked at its southern end by Chapel Rock. Trevellas Cove is 2.5 miles from the apartment and Trevaunance Cove 2.8 miles.
