Once Upon A Tide Newquay is a two-bedroom apartment for four, set directly across from Whipsiderry Beach on the north Cornwall coast near Porth. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other is a twin, and two bathrooms mean the group is not queuing during a beach-day changeover.

The open-plan living space opens onto a balcony with sea views across Whipsiderry Beach's sand and cliffs. A dishwasher, a washer/dryer and garden access are included, and parking is provided. The kitchen has an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, with a dining table behind the sofa. The king-size bedroom is en suite, the twin room has a Smart TV, and the main bathroom has a shower over the bath. Dogs are not accepted.

Whipsiderry Beach itself is a quieter, clifftop-access cove than Newquay's main beaches, with rock pools exposed at low tide and no lifeguard cover, so swimmers should check conditions before going in. It sits directly opposite the apartment, effectively at the doorstep. Tolcarne Beach and Watergate Bay are both 1.1 miles away, and Porth Beach is 400m in the other direction. Newquay's wider attractions, including the zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium, are a short drive from the apartment.

**Best for:** A small family or two couples wanting two bathrooms, a sea-view balcony and Whipsiderry Beach directly opposite the apartment.

**Less good for:** Guests needing step-free beach access, since Whipsiderry has no lifeguard cover.
