Both king-size bedrooms have en suite walk-in showers. A family bathroom with bath sits on the first floor, and a ground-floor shower room adds flexibility for guests with mobility needs. The sitting room has a wood-burning stove - fuel and a starter pack are included in the rental. A separate snug, conservatory, and study give the group room to spread out. The kitchen has double ovens, 2 fridge-freezers, a microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Sky TV with cinema and sport packages, plus WiFi, come as standard. Bed linen, towels, and beach towels are all included.

Outside, the garden has a lawn, patio with furniture, a hot tub, table tennis, and a BBQ. There is a pond in the garden, so children need supervision. Ample off-road parking is available.
