Beach days require little travel from Penmorcom, a three-bedroom house for six in Polzeath, the surf village whose wide sandy beach faces northwest into the Atlantic. Polzeath Beach is 500 metres away, and a deck spans the full width of the house at the front.

The bedrooms comprise a king-size zip-and-link that can become twins, a second king-size room and one twin. The one bathroom is a wet room. Outdoor showers and a rear utility area provide space for returning from the sand. An open-plan living area has a wood burner. Wi-Fi, parking, a barbecue and EV charging are included, and up to two dogs are accepted. The deck accommodates meals, though there is no dishwasher or washing machine.

Greenaway Beach is 0.7 miles away, with Daymer Bay Beach 1 mile along the coast path towards Pentire Point. The Polzeath guide covers the village's surf schools, cafes and the Co-op for everyday shopping. Despite its beach proximity, the amenities do not record a sea view.
