The apartment has Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and wood-floored interiors. Up to two dogs are welcome, making it one of the few sea-view properties in Port Isaac that accepts pets with on-site parking. The coast path begins steps from the front door. Both bedrooms have a Smart TV, and French doors from the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area open onto the Juliet balcony.

Port Gaverne beach is 300m downhill - a small inlet with rock pools, sheltered from the prevailing south-west wind. Polzeath is 4.2 miles for surf; Tregardock, one of North Cornwall's more remote and largely unspoilt beaches, is 3.2 miles by road. The South West Coast Path passes through Port Isaac village, where working crab boats unload at the harbour most mornings and a handful of independent cafes line the steep lanes.

Best for two couples or a small family wanting sea views and a walkable village base on the North Cornwall coast. Less suited to guests needing accessibility features.
