The double bedroom and twin (zip-and-link, makeable as a king on request) each have their own en-suite - practical for two couples sharing. The apartment has Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and wood-floored interiors. Up to two dogs are welcome, making it one of the few sea-view properties in Port Isaac that accepts pets with on-site parking. No garden, but the coast path begins steps from the front door.

Port Gaverne beach is 300m downhill - a small inlet with rock pools, sheltered from the prevailing south-west wind. Polzeath is 6.8km for surf; Tregardock, one of North Cornwall's more remote and largely unspoilt beaches, is 5.2km by road. The South West Coast Path passes through Port Isaac village, where working crab boats unload at the harbour most mornings and a handful of independent cafes line the steep lanes.

Best for two couples or a small family wanting sea views and a walkable village base on the North Cornwall coast. Less suited to guests needing accessibility features or those who prefer a property with outdoor space.
