Porthcurno Bay View is a three-bedroom cottage sleeping six, part of the former Porthcurno Hotel building set back from the beach in Porthcurno. Sea views run through several rooms, a rarity even among Porthcurno's clifftop properties.

The accommodation spans two floors: a king room with an en-suite bathroom (freestanding bath and separate shower), a double with an en-suite shower room, and a twin that converts to a superking on request. A ground-floor bathroom has a jacuzzi bath. Downstairs, the sitting room has a gas-fuelled stove styled to look like a wood burner rather than a genuine one, next to a dining room, breakfast kitchen and a wraparound conservatory with a sun deck. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. There is no EV charging point, and Porthcurno Bay View does not accept dogs or smoking.

Outside, an enclosed garden holds outdoor furniture, and off-road parking covers two cars. Porthcurno beach, a white-sand cove framed by granite cliffs, is about 0.2 miles away, close enough to reach on foot in a few minutes, with the Telegraph Museum a similarly short walk. Porthchapel Beach is roughly 0.6 miles and Pedn Vounder about 0.7 miles, both reached via steep cliff paths. The Minack Theatre, the open-air amphitheatre carved into the cliff face in the 1930s, sits just above the main beach.

Best for a family or two couples wanting sea views and beach access within a short walk, since three en-suite-style bedrooms suit a group who value separate space. Less good for anyone needing a lift-free, single-level stay, as bedrooms are split across two floors, or for guests hoping to bring a dog.
