Puffin Lodge

Puffin Lodge is a two-bedroom timber lodge at Trewetha Farm, just outside Port Isaac on the north Cornish coast, sleeping four with one bathroom. Dogs are welcome, and the lodge has its own private garden plus shared access to an acre of grounds around the farm.

Port Gaverne Beach is 700 metres away - a sheltered inlet tucked below the cliffs where the historic lime-trade boats once unloaded. Port Isaac village is within easy walking distance, with its harbour, fish restaurant and the steep streets made familiar by the Doc Martin television series. Polzeath beach, the most popular surf beach on the north coast, is 7.2km south.

Best for couples or small families with dogs who want a quiet farm setting with the beach and village both within walking distance. Less good for larger groups needing more than one bathroom, or for anyone wanting a private hot tub or BBQ - neither is included at this lodge.
