Robin's Nest is a first-floor, two-bedroom apartment in Pendarves, Camborne, sleeping four across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor is occupied by The Shire Inn pub, so there is no need to drive for an evening pint. An enclosed garden with a BBQ and off-road parking sit alongside the building.

Inside, the apartment is compact but well-equipped: Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, and access to the garden BBQ. Two bathrooms for four guests is a practical ratio that removes the morning queue. No dogs are accepted. Saturday changeover.

Camborne is an inland market town rather than a coastal resort, which keeps nightly rates lower than comparable apartments on the north coast. Portreath Beach is 4.4 miles - a wide sandy cove with a surf break and a small harbour. Gwithian Towans is 4.5 miles, a long dune-backed National Trust beach that is rarely as crowded as Fistral. Godrevy Beach and its lighthouse are 4.9 miles north. The A30 is close, so St Ives and Penzance are each under 20 minutes by car.

Best for couples or small families wanting a quiet, lower-cost base for exploring west Cornwall's beaches and the wider Camborne area. Less good for guests seeking a sea-facing property or those needing to bring a dog.
