Rock Lobster is a four-bedroom cottage in Port Isaac sleeping nine with three bathrooms and a garden. At 400m from Port Gaverne Beach, the sheltered shingle cove is reachable on foot in under ten minutes - useful when managing a large group with young children. Off-road parking is included, which matters in a village where street parking is extremely limited.

The cottage accommodates nine across four bedrooms with three bathrooms, a ratio that works well for two families or a mixed-age group. Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine are provided. No BBQ and no hot tub. Friday changeover.

Port Isaac is one of the north coast's best-known fishing villages - the harbourside Platt and the network of narrow lanes below Castle Rock are within a short walk. Restaurants including The Outlaw's Fish Kitchen and Fresh From The Sea operate a few steps from the harbour. Tregardock Beach, a dramatic isolated strand accessible only on foot, is 3.2 miles along the coast path. Polzeath's surf beach is 4.2 miles for those travelling with boards, and Wadebridge is 6.2 miles inland if anyone needs a supermarket run.

Best for large groups or two families wanting a base near an iconic north Cornwall village with easy beach access. Less good for guests seeking a sea view from the property itself, or those bringing dogs.
