Seaport Lodge is an all-ground-floor 4-bedroom bungalow at Trenance near Mawgan Porth, sleeping 8 across the single level with 2 bathrooms. The whole property is on the ground floor, with four bedrooms (a 6ft double with en suite shower room, a 5ft double, a twin and bunk beds) and a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. Guests who need step-free access should check with the owner before booking.

Inside, a woodburning stove anchors the sitting room. The property has a BBQ and lawned gardens. Two dogs are welcome. Wi-Fi, parking for multiple cars, and a dishwasher are all included.

Mawgan Porth beach, a wide sandy bay with a stream running across the sand, is 700 metres on foot. Bedruthan Steps, the National Trust headland with its dramatic rock stacks, is 1 mile north along the coast. Watergate Bay, known for its surf school and beach restaurant, is 2.2 miles south. Padstow is around 15 minutes by road.

Best for larger families and groups who want everything on one floor without giving up space. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms handle 8 guests without queuing. Less suited to couples looking for a compact base, or anyone wanting to walk to Padstow directly. Mawgan Porth village has a pub, a shop, and a cafe at the beach car park, keeping the basics covered for a week without much driving. Friday changeover.
