Seascape

Seascape is a two-bedroom apartment in the seven-apartment St Uny development on Boskerris Road, Carbis Bay, with a seaward-facing balcony and a patio. The view runs from the island at St Ives across the bay to Godrevy lighthouse, and a telescope is provided. Carbis Bay beach is 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the shop 0.4 miles.

It sleeps four: a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a twin room, plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. Double French doors from both bedrooms open onto the patio, which has two frosted glass screens. Access from the car parking area is down 19 internal carpeted steps, so it is less good for anyone wary of stairs.

The kitchen has a combi oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The living area has a smart 3D TV with a full Sky package, a PS4 and a JBL Bluetooth speaker. Heating is gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. A cot and highchair are provided, with guests bringing their own cot bedding. There is WiFi and off-road parking for one car.

The gravel path down the side of the building to the communal gardens is not to be used, so guests cannot reach the shared gardens that way. No pets and no smoking. The apartment suits a couple or a small family who want a sea view and a short walk to the beach.
