Serenity

Serenity is a two-bedroom apartment for four in Praa Sands, 100m from the beach. A super-king room is joined by a twin with zip-and-link beds that can also form a super king, and two bathrooms mean both rooms have their own facilities. The super-king room has an en-suite shower and WC, and the family bathroom has a rainfall shower over the bath. A utility room holds a freezer, tumble dryer and microwave.

French doors open the living area onto a south-facing balcony with sea views - the standout feature here. Parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included. Dogs are not accepted. The balcony has outdoor furniture for eating outside, and the master bedroom has a TV.

Praa Sands is 100m from the apartment, close enough to walk down for a swim before the beach gets busy. Porthcew Rinsey Cove is 1.2 miles away and Prussia Cove a further 1.2 miles, both worth the short drive for quieter coves. A bar and restaurant are also nearby for evenings without cooking.

**Best for:** two couples or a family wanting a sea-view balcony, two bathrooms and a beach 100m from the door.

**Less good for:** guests needing step-free access, and anyone travelling with a dog.
