Heading west, Polzeath Beach is 4.2 miles and has consistent surf. Padstow is a short drive for the fish restaurants along the quay.

This property is best for groups who want a proper sea-facing base with reliable facilities, rather than an isolated rural retreat. The village centre is genuinely walkable, which cuts down on car dependency for meals and supplies. It is less suited to guests looking for a quiet countryside setting. Changeover is Friday.
