Slipway 10 is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom mid-terrace cottage on Rock Road in Rock village, sleeping 8. It has been fitted with accessible features throughout, making it one of the more practical options in the area for guests with mobility needs.

The cottage sits around 300 metres from Rock's sandy beach. Daymer Bay, a sheltered National Trust beach ideal for paddling and swimming, is 2km away. Greenaway Beach, less visited and good at low tide, adds another option at 2.7km. Polzeath, the north-facing surf beach, is 3.6km from the door.

Inside, the layout across multiple floors provides reasonable separation for a group of 8. The garden gives outdoor space, and the equipment covers the basics: wifi, parking, dishwasher, and washing machine. No hot tub or wood burner.

The Rock to Padstow passenger ferry runs in season, crossing the Camel Estuary in minutes. Padstow has the fish market, Rick Stein restaurants, and independent shops. The Rock area also has direct access to the Camel Trail for cycling toward Wadebridge and Bodmin.

Ideal for families or two-household groups who want ground-level access and a North Cornwall base with multiple beaches in range. Not great for those wanting a no-car stay - a car helps for reaching Polzeath and beyond. Friday changeover, no pets.
