As the end unit in the terrace, the property has a side garden and additional light through extra windows. Accessible features are fitted throughout, making it a practical option for guests who need step-free or wider-access facilities.

The cottage sits roughly 300 metres from Rock's sheltered sandy beach - close enough to walk down in the morning. Daymer Bay, the National Trust beach at the estuary mouth, is 2km away and has calm, supervised water ideal for children. Polzeath surf beach is 3.6km for those wanting waves.

Importantly, there is no on-site parking at Slipway 7. Public parking is available nearby in Rock village, and the seasonal water taxi to Padstow removes the need to drive for estuary crossings. The Camel Trail cycle route begins at the edge of Rock village, connecting Wadebridge and Bodmin via 18km of flat riverside path.

Inside, wifi, dishwasher, and washing machine are provided. There is no wood burner, hot tub, or BBQ.

Suits larger families or two-household groups who want an accessible base with strong beach options across Rock's north coast. Not great for guests who need guaranteed parking adjacent to the property. Thursday changeover, no pets.
