Small Hillman is a three-bedroom semi-detached cottage on Tywarnhayle Road in Perranporth, sleeping 6 with 1 bathroom. The property sits approximately 500 metres from the beach access point at the bottom of the town. Dogs are welcome, and the rear garden gives them a secure outdoor space to use.

Perranporth has one of Cornwall's longest beaches - 3 miles of west-facing sand with reliable surf, RNLI lifeguard cover in season, and the Watering Hole bar built directly onto the sand. The beach faces the Atlantic, so swells tend to arrive year-round. Perranporth also has a supermarket, several pubs, and a fish and chip shop within easy walking distance of the property.

Chapel Porth, 4km north along the coast path, is managed by the National Trust. At low tide the beach opens up below the cliffs, with the ruins of Wheal Coates tin mine visible on the headland above. St Agnes is another 1.5km on from Chapel Porth, with more cafes and the Heritage Coast trail continuing north.

Trevellas Cove is 3.6km away and Trevaunance Cove 4.1km - both smaller, quieter alternatives to the main beach.
