Spindrift Bude

Spindrift Bude is a four-bedroom cottage for nine. Two rooms have doubles, the family room combines a double and a single, and the bunk room suits adults or children. Three bathrooms serve the group. The house spreads over three floors: the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is on the ground floor beneath a glass roof, three bedrooms and the family bathroom are on the first, and a double master with its own en-suite shower room is on the second.

The cottage has table tennis and a wood burner, plus a private beach hut on Crooklets Beach, a rare perk for a group this size. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, washing machine and garden are included, and up to two dogs can stay. Parking is on the street outside, subject to availability.

Crooklets Beach is 600 metres away, Summerleaze Beach is 700 metres and Northcott Mouth Beach is 1 mile from the cottage. The address is Bude, and Stratton is the closest town to the cottage. The private beach hut makes Crooklets the clearest focus for a day at the sand, and the surf beach is close enough to walk to without needing the car.

**Best for:** larger families wanting varied bed sizes, three bathrooms, table tennis, a wood burner and a private Crooklets beach hut.

**Less good for:** guests needing step-free access.
