Tolrose Cottage

Tolrose Cottage is a four bedroom cottage on a working farm near Port Isaac, sleeping eight guests. Two king size bedrooms and two twins suit families or friends, with two bathrooms for the group. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with French doors to the garden, next to a wet room. The lounge has a Smart TV, a DVD player and a feature fireplace, and French doors open onto a large stone patio. Upstairs are the two king-size rooms, a second twin and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The large oak kitchen has granite worktops and an AGA. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and a washing machine are included. The garden has a barbecue, and up to two dogs can stay. Guests who need step-free access should check with the owner before booking.

Port Gaverne Beach is 1.5 miles away. Polzeath Beach is 3.9 miles from the cottage and Daymer Bay 4.2 miles. The 19-mile Camel Trail multi-use path is 8.5 miles away, with bike hire nearby, and a car remains useful for reaching Port Isaac and the beaches.

**Best for:** Larger families or friends wanting four bedrooms, an AGA, garden and practical laundry facilities.

**Less good for:** EV drivers, guests wanting more than two bathrooms, or anyone who needs access measurements confirmed before booking.
