Trewollock

Trewollock is a detached house in Mevagissey with elevated sea and harbour views, spread over three storeys. The layout has a kitchen, a living/dining area and a second-floor utility. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle and toaster.

There are five bedrooms. Two of the doubles have their own balcony, and one of those has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A third double, a bunk room and a second-floor single complete the set. A bathroom has a bath and a handheld shower, and a second-floor shower room has a walk-in shower. The second floor is at road level. Central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included, with wifi and a TV.

The garden is enclosed, with a terrace and furniture. The private driveway takes one car, and roadside parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis, so guests are asked to be considerate to neighbours. Guests can reach the garage to use the washing machine and tumble dryer, but it is too small to park a car. The beach is 0.1 miles away, the pub 0.5 miles and a shop 0.7 miles.

Pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed. With nine beds across five rooms, three levels and a bunk room, the house is best for a large family or two families sharing, and less good for a party arriving in several cars, as only one has a private space.
