There are 4 bathrooms, 3 of them en-suite - a practical layout that prevents queuing in a large group. The open-plan ground floor has floor-to-ceiling windows and a dining table for 10. A terrace off the living area has sea views over the rooftops toward Mevagissey Bay.

The house has driveway parking for 4 cars, dishwasher, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. Dogs are welcome.

Pentewan Beach is 2.4km by road - a long sand beach with a holiday park, water sports hire, and a beach café. Gorran Haven is 3.2km for a smaller and quieter alternative. Hemmick Beach, 4.6km, has no facilities and minimal crowds.

Mevagissey village is within easy walking distance for the working harbour, fresh fish from the fishmonger, and a handful of pubs and restaurants. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are 2.5km north - 200 acres of Victorian productive gardens worth a full day. The Eden Project is about 8km east.

Works for large families or two households sharing who need multiple en-suites and sea views without compromising on space. Not great for guests who want a quiet isolated rural property - Mevagissey is a working harbour village with tourist-season traffic.
