Mayflower is a five-bedroom house in Mevagissey, sleeping 10 across a mix of super king, king, and twin beds. There are 4 bathrooms, 3 of them en-suite - a practical layout that prevents queuing in a large group. The open-plan ground floor has floor-to-ceiling windows and a dining table for 10. A terrace off the living area has sea views over the rooftops toward Mevagissey Bay.

The house has driveway parking for 4 cars, dishwasher, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. Dogs are welcome.

Pentewan Beach is 1.5 miles by road - a long sand beach with a holiday park, water sports hire, and a beach café. Gorran Haven is 2 miles for a smaller and quieter alternative. Hemmick Beach, 2.9 miles, has no facilities and minimal crowds.

Mevagissey village is within easy walking distance for the working harbour, fresh fish from the fishmonger, and a handful of pubs and restaurants. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are 1.6 miles north - 200 acres of Victorian productive gardens worth a full day. The Eden Project is about 5 miles east.

Works for large families or two households sharing who need multiple en-suites and sea views without compromising on space. Not great for guests who want a quiet isolated rural property - Mevagissey is a working harbour village with tourist-season traffic.
