Two Ways

That flexibility means the group can rearrange beds around who's actually staying, though one bathroom serves all six guests, worth noting for a full house.

A hot tub, wood burner and barbecue sit in a large enclosed garden, giving the property both an evening soak and outdoor space for the day. Parking and a dishwasher are included, and dogs are welcome. The single-storey layout removes stairs, though accessible features beyond that aren't documented, so guests with specific access needs should check with the provider.

Praa Sands is 600 metres away, a mile-long sweep of sand backed by dunes. Porthcew, or Rinsey Cove, is 1.4 miles and Prussia Cove is 1.5 miles, both smaller coves reached along the coast path. Germoe is the nearest village, and the whole layout is on one level, with a large enclosed garden outside. Parking is private, with space for three cars, and the raised decked terrace has garden furniture and distant sea views.

**Best for:** families or friends wanting flexible beds, a hot tub, distant sea views from the terrace and Praa Sands within walking distance. **Less good for:** six guests wanting more than one bathroom.
