Ultramarine is an apartment overlooking Carbis Bay beach, in a block of Carbis Beach Apartments, and the Carbis Bay shoreline is 0.1 miles away. Sleeping four, it has a king bedroom with an en-suite bath, shower over and twin basins, plus a twin at the rear, and a family shower room with a heated towel rail.

The lounge opens on to a glass-fronted balcony with a table and four chairs, looking towards Godrevy Lighthouse, and the master bedroom has French doors on to it. The balcony is high up, so children should be accompanied. The dining area seats four and sits within the open-plan living space, with a kitchen behind. Extras include a Smart TV with Sonos playbar, a multi-room Sonos system, an iPad and WiFi.

The kitchen has a split-level cooker, hob, microwave, built-in fridge and freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Gas central heating, bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included. A cot and highchair are provided, but guests bring their own cot bedding. One allocated parking space sits within security gates, and reaching the apartment means going down one level of steps. Lift access exists, though it should not be relied on alone, as you may need the stairs if it is out of action.

The communal garden lies directly below the balcony, with a path and private gate down to the beach and the South West Coast Path. Shops are 0.5 miles away and a pub 0.9 miles. It suits a couple or a small family, and is less good for anyone travelling with a dog.
