A two-bedroom cottage on Alexandra Road in Newquay, 300 metres from Whipsiderry Beach. The property sleeps four and welcomes two pets (at an additional charge).

A double bedroom and a twin each have their own Smart TV. The bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with a third Smart TV in the lounge. Gas central heating keeps the cottage warm, and the kitchen is fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker. WiFi is provided throughout. A travel cot and highchair are available.

An enclosed rear deck with furniture gives a private outdoor area. One allocated parking space is included. Steps lead down to the entrance, so access involves a short descent.

Whipsiderry Beach, a sandy cove flanked by high cliffs with rock pools and year-round dog access, is just 300 metres from the front door. Tolcarne Beach - a lifeguarded crescent with a cafe on the sand - is 1 mile along the coast. The nearest pub is 0.1 miles away, and Newquay town centre with its harbour, restaurants and surf beaches is a short drive or coastal walk south.
