Outside, a fully enclosed private garden faces the sea, with off-road parking alongside the cottage. The garden can also be used by guests booking the adjacent Fistral Beach House - the two properties together sleep nine, which suits a larger group that wants separate spaces.

Fistral Beach is 400m away on foot - the RNLI-lifeguarded beach runs from May to September, with surf schools operating from the car park above. Towan Beach is 0.7 miles in the other direction, closer to Newquay town centre. Shops, cafes and restaurants are walkable.

Best for couples or a small family who want genuine beach proximity without a long drive. Less good for large groups (max four), dog owners, or those needing washing machine access.
