Buena Vista is a ground-floor apartment on Cliff Road in Newquay, 100 metres from Great Western Beach. The whole apartment is on the ground floor, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guests who need step-free access should check with the owner before booking.

Two bedrooms sleep four, with two bathrooms - both bedrooms are en-suite - covering the group without morning queues. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and WiFi is included throughout. A large private terrace has outdoor furniture, and tower fans are provided in both bedrooms and the living area. Children's bodyboards are supplied. Surfboard storage is provided on site - relevant given that Great Western Beach sits below the cliffs at the end of the road, with Tolcarne Beach a 400-metre walk and Towan a further 100 metres beyond that.

There is no designated parking at the apartment. Chargeable parking is available in two public car parks, each within a 2-minute walk. Newquay railway station is within walking distance for car-free arrivals - useful during the summer when road traffic in the town centre slows considerably. The town's shops, cafes, and surf hire outlets on Fore Street are a few minutes on foot. Check-in must be on a Saturday.

Best for couples or small families who want beach access without a car. Less good for those seeking quiet nights - Cliff Road is lively in high season.
