The caravan has its own private outside table and a large grass area for children to play, plus a kitchen with an air fryer and free WiFi. Dogs stay at no extra cost, and a cot and highchair are available on request. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a birthday or anniversary package can be arranged for an extra charge.

A public footpath leads straight from the park to Talland Bay, 1,200 metres away, with rock pools and a café at the shore. The park itself has an indoor pool, a restaurant, bar, table tennis and crazy golf, open from late March to November, plus an on-site laundrette. Polperro's fishing harbour is a 20-minute walk, and the number 72 bus stops right outside. Looe is about a 10-minute drive east, and Lantic Bay around 15 minutes west.

Best for families wanting an on-site pool and entertainment alongside beach access on foot. Less good for anyone visiting outside the March-to-November season, when the park's pool and restaurant close.
