The village pub stands immediately next door, and a cluster of cafes, restaurants, and independent shops are within 100 metres in either direction. St Agnes is a working village with a real community feel rather than a resort town, so you get year-round amenities without the peak-season crowds.

Trevaunance Cove is 900m away on foot - a flat walk down to a sheltered beach where surf hire and kayaking are available from the beach operator. Trevellas Cove is a further 400m along the coast, and the South West Coast Path runs directly through the village, connecting you to miles of cliff walking in both directions.

There is no private outside space at the property, but the beach is a 10-minute walk on level ground. One dog is accepted. Parking is included, dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen, and WiFi throughout.

Best for couples or small families who want a base in a real Cornish village rather than a tourist hotspot, with surfing and swimming minutes from the door. Less good for guests needing a garden or who want sea views from the property itself.
